These are the terms and conditions relating to the use of this web site and the purchase of any items through this site. It is important that you read through these terms and if you do not agree with these terms that you do not proceed with your purchase. 
2. Use 
2.1. All material and images belong to Crumbsonline or are being used with the appropriate permission of the owner. 
2.2. The copying or reuse of any of its content is not allowed without Crumbsonline written permission. 
2.3. Linking to this web site is not allowed without written permission from Crumbsonline. 
3. Third Party Websites 
3.1. This website contains links to other websites or WAP sites owned or operated by parties other than Crumbsonline ("Third Party Sites"). Such links are provided for your convenience only. If you use these links, you may leave the website. Crumbsonline has not reviewed all of these Third Party Sites content, and does not control, and is not responsible for their operation or for the content, privacy policies, or security of, Third Party Sites. Crumbsonline suggests that you review the individual privacy policy statement on any Third Party Sites before using the site or submitting any personal information.

Crumbsonline cannot be held liable for any loss or damage which may arise from contracts entered into as a result of the use of such sites. 
4. Food Allergies 
4.1. Our cakes are made on premises where cake ingredients are stored. This means that we cannot guarantee that our cakes will be suitable for people with allergies to nuts, wheat, eggs etc. If you have an ‘intolerance’ to certain items then please contact us as we may be able to accommodate you. 
5. Delivery 
5.1. Whilst we try our hardest to despatch your orders within 2 working days, during busy periods and due to stock levels, this cannot be guaranteed. When your order is ready we will text/call/email you for a convenient delivery time. 
5.2. Our delivery charge is £ 2.50. 
5.3. We deliver to the following areas of Milton Keynes Mk1, Mk2, Mk3, Mk4, Mk5, Mk6, Mk7, Mk8, Mk9, Mk10, Mk11, Mk12, Mk13, Mk14, Mk15, Mk19. We can deliver to other areas by arrangement. If you are unsure if we can deliver to you drop us an email or call us; 01908 968023. 
5.4. If we attempt to deliver at the arranged time and you are not in we will not leave the goods but return them to the store. Collection from our store is available during normal working hours. Alternatively another time can be arranged for an additional charge of £2.50. 
6. Collection 
6.1. If you would prefer to collect your order from our Shop. Shop as before; click ‘Collect’ button. We will text you with a date and time from when your goods are available for collection. 
7. Bespoke Cakes 
7.1. Payment 
All cakes ordered with less that 28 days notice must be paid for in full at time of ordering. Until the full payment is received your cake order/date is not guaranteed. 
All cake orders placed with more than 28 days notice require a 25% or £40 deposit (whichever is greater). Until the deposit is received your cake order/date is not guaranteed. 
Outstanding balance must be paid within 28 days cake due date. 
7.2. Cancellations and Refunds 
If you need to cancel your order you must do so by email or telephone and the cancellation is not accepted until it has been confirmed via email by Crumbsonline. 
7.3. Cancellations must be no later than 14 days before a cake is due to obtain a full refund. Please note that any cake that has booked site delivery and assembly will not receive a refund of the deposit. 
7.4. Collection of a cake is taken as acceptance of a cake and any issues with design need to be raised at that point. Once you have taken possession of a cake it is assumed that you are happy with it.
